Madida clothing needed more retail space with the success of the clothing line they provide. Prestige was hired to relocate the Madida from the Shops of Legacy to Village Pointe Mall. The project was a 4,000 sq ft design build. Which more than doubled their existing space. The elegant design flows well with their line of clothing and has now become the brand of Madida. Once Omaha was successfully completed, Prestige was immediately hired to relocate Madida’s Lincoln location from Downtown to the Shops of South Pointe Mall. This project is also just under 4,000 sq ft of retail space and will again more than triple their existing location in size. The design build project will complement the brand Prestige built in Omaha.
Madida is a women’s’ clothing store embodying the “cool” girl. Madison Novak is the CEO and embarks their unique style of clothing within an affordable price.
