Prestige Construction partnered once again with Early Bird to bring their signature style and atmosphere to Village Pointe Shopping Center. This project transformed an existing 4,300 SF space through a complete interior demolition and rebuild, creating a fresh and functional environment designed for high-volume dining.
The remodel included a full expansion of the kitchen to meet operational needs, as well as the addition of an exterior cooler for increased efficiency. Despite the scope of work, the project was successfully delivered on a very aggressive 8-week construction schedule.
