Each floor provides approximately 1,500 square feet of adaptable retail space, designed to accommodate a variety of tenants and uses.
Due to the building’s close proximity to adjacent structures, specialized foundation work was required, including the installation of helical piers to ensure long-term structural stability. The exterior design carefully reflects the architectural style and charm of Old Town Elkhorn, blending seamlessly with the established streetscape while providing a fresh addition to the area’s growing retail presence.
