Allure is a two-story, 10,000 SF mixed use that will be the home of the new Allure Family Eyecare in Elkhorn. Allure Family Eyecare will occupy the entire first floor and there will be three luxury apartments on the 2nd floor that overlook the city of Omaha. The project is a steel-framed, metal-stud infill structure with a brick, metal panel and glass façade. There is a mix of high-end finishes that include special wall treatments, wood ceilings, and custom cabinets amongst others.
