Completed in the Summer of 2021 this location introduced the covered patio to the Early Bird Franchise. Prestige assisted the owners in coordinating all required contract documents, finish selections, kitchen equipment and FEE for a complete install, etc. Prestige has completed several Early Bird locations throughout the midwest.
