Complete demolition of existing and reconstruction of a 30,000 SF Nordstrom Rack store.
The project is located in the Village Pointe shopping center. It is Nordstrom Rack’s first Nebraska Location. This was a “Turnkey” project and required constant communication between several teams and national accounts across the country in order to meet the aggressive four-month schedule. Prestige was able to complete the project in two weeks, which left some time to put one more polish on the floor!
