What went into your decision making process to hire Prestige?

When we had the discussion about who we should hire, we directly reached out to Alan about doing the work because we knew he had recently made the move to Prestige. I routinely say with regard to Alan that he is one of the premier preconstruction talents in Omaha. Preconstruction services are essential for to make the rest of the project go well. I’ve seen Alan provide more detailed, sensitive and thoughtful early support for projects than anyone I’ve worked with. I trust him on pre-construction. I trust him to think about things before we’re in the middle of the project.
