How would you describe your overall experience working with Prestige?

Even though I am based 2,000 miles away, in Phoenix, Arizona, I know that when I hire Prestige Construction, I don’t need to worry about work getting done, disrupting other tenants, or if the quality of work is going to meet my expectations. I informed the owner, Justin McBride, that I wish I had a Prestige Construction in every state that we have development in. They are very trustworthy and I always feel confident when they’re on a job.

In what ways did Prestige demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet your needs?

On one particular project, Prestige was able to provide us with a concrete parking lot in lieu of asphalt paving. They provided immediate pricing, and the work was completed in a matter of days. On another project, a prominent national retailer urgently required the relocation of existing ductwork to avoid any disruption to their schedule. Prestige had their subcontractor on-site the following day and there were no delays encountered.

How responsive was Prestige to your questions, concerns, and requests during the project?

Everyone at Prestige is accessible and good at communicating openly and effectively. They understand that our deadlines have real repercussions if not met and they go out of their way to make certain that they are.
