The Roxxy and Stuffed Olive project is a design build dual concept bar sharing a common kitchen serving an upscale menu. The Roxxy side is a retro rock and roll bar while the Stuffed Olive side is a martini bar featuring over 100 martinis. The space is approx. 6,000 sf and includes a mezzanine. Construction was completed in 90 days and included structural mezzanine, décor package, complete kitchen, two bars and a DJ booth.
The restaurant is located in a mixed use building. The building owner has specific requirements regarding sound transmission between floors. This required both the Roxxy and Stuffed Olive to have special ceiling installed to reduce sound transmission out of their space
